Facility Rental Rates
**Fees Below Include Cleaning**
​​Sunday - Thursday: $100 per hour
(2 hour minimum)
Friday: $125 per hour
(4 hour minimum)
Saturday: $175 per hour
(4 hour minimum)
Breakfast Monday through Friday: $150
8am - 10am
Lunch Monday through Friday: $175
11am - 1:30PM
Black Tablecloths are $5 per table
Prices shown are during the hours between 8:00am and 1:00am.
$100 to bring your own alcohol.
$100 refundable deposit.

25% discount to Sertoma Members in good standing and Sertoma Event Sponsors. Catering, bar, event staffing, special request, etc. are additional and quoted upon request.
